We are honored to welcome Nicholas Thompson, CEO of The Atlantic as our keynote speaker and moderator. A nationally recognized authority on artificial intelligence, Thompson is the former Editor-in-Chief of WIRED and the best-selling author of The Running Ground, named one of Kirkus‘s best books of the year. Throughout his career, he has helped leaders and the public better understand how technology is reshaping the world – and how we can navigate that change responsibly and effectively.

Thompson will lead a dynamic discussion with an exceptional panel of thought leaders, including Greg Reilly, Interim Dean of the UConn School of Business; Tamilla Triantoro, Ph.D., Associate Professor at Quinnipiac University’s School of Business and a researcher in human–AI collaboration and the future of work; and Kyle Clements, Senior Director of Engineering at FactSet, offering real-world insight into workforce readiness and innovation. Together, they will bridge perspectives from higher education, industry, and emerging technology.

 

Event Panelists

Greg Reilly serves as Interim Dean of the University of Connecticut School of Business, where he has been a faculty member since 2007. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds both an MBA and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan. An accomplished scholar and educator, Greg’s research is regularly published in leading academic journals, and he has led executive education programs for organizations across industries.

As Interim Dean, Greg is focused on positioning UConn Business to lead in a rapidly evolving economic landscape shaped by artificial intelligence, global competition, and shifting workforce expectations. Under his leadership, the School is expanding hands-on learning opportunities that allow students to invest real capital, build ventures, and solve complex problems in partnership with industry.

Dr. Tamilla Triantoro is an Associate Professor at Quinnipiac University’s School of Business and a researcher in human–AI collaboration and the future of work. Her research examines how artificial intelligence reshapes leadership, decision-making, and learning. Her work has been featured in BBC, Forbes, and Fast Company, and she is the co-author of Converging Minds: The Creative Potential of Collaborative AI (with Aleksandra Przegalińska). She serves on the advisory board of the European University Alliance EUonAir and advises organizations and educational institutions on responsible AI adoption. An avid traveler, she has visited more than 110 countries.

Kyle Clements is a Senior Director of Engineering and the AI Platform Engineering Lead at FactSet. In his capacity as AI Platform Engineering Lead, Kyle is responsible for building and operating the shared technology foundation that powers AI for FactSet’s user base, including reusable tools and services, core AI products, and frameworks that enable teams to build, test, and launch capabilities quickly and reliably at scale. Prior to his current role, Kyle led FactSet’s Banking & Wealth engineering teams. He joined FDS in 2010 and holds a degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
