Submission Requirements All submissions must be original works created solely by the submitting author/artist. Submissions must not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful. 2. Originality and Ownership By submitting your work, you confirm that: • The work is entirely your own original creation. • The work does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. • You have obtained all necessary permissions for any quoted text, referenced artwork, or third-party material included in your submission. 3. License and Rights By submitting, you grant Future 5 a license to publish, reproduce, display, and distribute your work in connection with the Doc Sondra Poetry Slam. You retain full copyright and ownership of your work. 4. Moral Rights Future 5 will not alter, edit, or adapt your submitted work without your prior written consent, except for minor formatting adjustments required for publication. 5. Selection Process Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges. Future 5 reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 6. Prizes and Compensation Selected works will receive a prize. 7. Publication and Credit If your work is selected for publication, it will be attributed to you under the name provided at the time of submission. If you wish to submit under a pseudonym, please indicate this clearly. 8. Acceptance of Terms Submission of your work constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
